The Sky is the Limit Recovery Facilities, Inc. is a 501 (c ) (3) , Social Service Agency licensed by The State of Illinois Department of Human Services/Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse. Our two locations at 6614South Halsted Street/Suite 102 in Chicago, IL. and 2613/15 West 63rd Street Chicago, IL. 60629. These facilities are a fine addition to the growing social service needs of the communities we serve.
Our mission is to shore up some of the treatment needs of Englewood and its surrounding communities. Our team of dedicated professional staff, including social workers and substance abuse counselors, offers a wide range of services using state-of-the-art methods and technology. Our services include out-patient behavior therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as DUI Services.
Our professional substance abuse treatment staff conducts initial screenings which are expedited with strict adherence to current confidentiality laws. Appointments are flexible to meet the scheduling needs of our clients. Our services are DSM-TR 4 driven to provide a comprehensive integrated assessment process to place clients in the appropriate levels of care.
In order for our clients to receive the appropriate and optimal level of care, we provide a comprehensive assessment process. Laboratory urine samples are taken at each assessment. The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria are used by all of our professional assessment staff, and all assessments are overseen by our highly skilled Medical Director.
Free! The Sky is the Limit Recovery Facilities, Inc. offers free educational seminars that are conducted by professionals from the Medical and Social Service field, as well as from major universities and other educational institutions in and around the Chicago land area. Residents of the communities we service will learn about the mental, social, and bio-medical aspects of Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroin, and other drugs. The Sky is the Limit Recovery Facilities, Inc.'s goal is to help make our communities become better, by educating the community on the harm that drugs and alcohol have on our families and communities.
